The Team

Alan Wilkis, Spirit's resident 'guru of Advertising'.  His encyclopedic knowledge of songs and recordings and a knack for finding smart, creative licensing solutions for complex campaigns have endeared him to a long and growing list of producers, directors and supervisors.  He is also an accomplished music producer and remixer who has worked with such artists as Yeasayer, The Temper Trap, Shwayze and Phantogram - skills he applies daily to his work with Spirit writer/artists as well as the extensive collection of master recordings the company controls.  Before coming to Spirit, Alan served as Senior Marketing Director for Evergreen Music Publishing, a New York-based independent, where he placed songs in campaigns for Target, Konami and Paramount Pictures, among others.  Prior to that, Alan assisted in music supervision on more than 30 studio and independent feature films - experience which helped him develop a keen understanding of the relationship between music and visual media.
