A graduate of Boston University and Harvard Business School, a former CEO and COO of several well known companies including Party City, Huntington Learning Centers and Pump It Up and a founder of his own chain of retail stores, Gordon Keil has unique experience working with visionary founders in transforming and growing entrepreneurial businesses into leaders in their fields. Gordon has thrived as Spirit’s COO, working closely with the creative, administration and finance departments in improving systems, disciplines and global collaboration – efforts which are helping the company maximize success for our writers and joint venture partners while maintaining the core values and culture that make Spirit unique in the publishing space. Though the focus of his work is primarily on the management side, Gordon has a deep abiding love for music, making him right at home at Spirit.
