During that time, the company’s creative staff has secured no less than ten film uses, including the main title in Disney’s ‘Max Keeble’s Big Move,’ the end titles in MGM’s ‘Agent Cody Banks’ and Immortal Entertainment’s ‘Sol Goode,’ and featured uses in Sony’s ‘Anger Management’ and ‘The Benchwarmers,’ USA Film’s ‘The Groomsmen,’ and Dualstar Entertainment’s ‘When In Rome.’

Spirit has also landed numerous television syncs: NBC’s ‘Providence,’ FOX’s ‘Tru Calling’ and ‘Oliver Beene,’ MTV’s ‘Laguna Beach’ and ‘Clone High,’ and the theme to Bravo’s ‘The Two Coreys’, as well as promos for the Winter Olympics, ABC Family Channel’s Winter ’04 season, and the Microsoft Xbox video game, ‘Outlaw Volleyball.’

This ongoing series of high profile licenses, earning significant publishing and master revenues, served both to fund the band’s recording and touring and organically establish a fan base all over the world.
