The Mark McGuinn CD broke five country music records…it was the first independent CD to debut at #1 on the Billboard Heatseekers Airplay Chart in Soundscan History and it was the first Top 20 Independent CD in Billboard and Soundscan history. “Mrs. Steven Rudy” was the highest charting independent single by a country artist on Billboard in 20 years, it was #1 on the Billboard single sales chart for four consecutive weeks and it was the #1 video on CMT.
