Basketball stars Kyrie Irving and Shaquille O’Neal have entered the world of Hollywood in the upcoming comedy Uncle Drew! The trailer was released this past February for a release on June 29th, 2018. Heard in the trailer is Missy Elliott’s 2005 track “We Run This” which contains elements from a universally known track “Apache” by Jerry Lordan, from our Spirit Music Latino catalog. “Apache” is most commonly known as the sample used in Sugarhill Gang’s “Apache(Jump On It)”. With a mix of popular basketball icons and comedians, Uncle Drew is sure to get you lauging out of your seat!
