Brinley Addington Renews Deal
Brinley Addington has renewed his deal with Spirit Music Nashville. Addington has had songs recorded by artists Ryan Hurd, Darius Rucker, Chris Janson, Brantley Gilbert, Parmalee, Tyler Farr, Kameron Marlowe and more. He recently celebrated his first #1 single with Ryan Hurd and Maren Morris’ RIAA certified 2x Platinum, GRAMMY and CMA nominated hit “Chasing After You.” Addington was also named one of Spotify’s Hot Country Standout Songwriters of the Year for 2021.

The Kingsport, TN native found his passion for country music at age three while visiting the Grand Ole Opry. He’s pursued a career in it ever since, moving to Nashville in 2008 to attend Belmont University before signing his first publishing deal a year after graduation. Influenced by church hymns and classic country, he has built his sound to reflect tradition while embracing the best attributes of modern country music. Brinley pursued a career as a solo country artist before deciding to switch gears and focus on what he loves most – writing great country songs.
