Multi-Platinum songwriter Shane Stevens has signed a worldwide publishing deal with Spirit Music Nashville.
Shane Stevens has co-written #1 hits including “American Honey” by Lady A and the seismic hit of 2021 “Fancy Like” by Walker Hayes. “Fancy Like” hit #1 on Billboard Country Airplay, #1 Billboard Hot Country Songs and #3 on Billboard Hot 100 charts marking Hayes’ first #1 and becoming a radio mainstay. The track is RIAA certified 6X Platinum and was nominated in 2021 for a Best Country Song GRAMMY Award. A remix featuring Kesha was released in September 2021. Stevens also is a co-writer on the reimagined a holiday version of the song, “Fancy Like Christmas” which was released November 10th with its hilarious accompanying music video released November 29th, hitting #1 Top Country Music Video on iTunes. “American Honey” hit #1 on Billboard Hot Country Songs and won Shane Nashville Songwriters Association International’s award for “Songs I Wish I’d Written”. The song also garnered Millionaire and Most-Performed Country Songs of the Year awards from BMI.
Shane Stevens has also had cuts with country and pop artists including Selena Gomez, Ariana Grande, Carrie Underwood, Jesse McCartney, Sara Evans, Kellie Pickler, Ronnie Milsap, Jo Dee Messina, Jordin Sparks, Fifth Harmony, Little Mix, and Meghan Trainor.
